I need to funnel some of the new releases into the additional pod. What we do is we sometimes have a theme, but we generally have a guest programmer who picks their favorite tunes, a desert island dis if you please, of the scar world, and this week is no different. We've got willow from the scarpones. He's picking out his favorites. We kicked off the show where a band from Bavaria, from Bamberg in Germany, Muchas Gustos Jam jam is out right now. That is the title track from an eight track EP. Those guys formed in two thousand and thirteen and I like the sound of that. That is top not h thanks for joining me. We've got a couple more new releases to play through till we get to the scampounds. WE'RE gonna GO TO MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin, cheese capital of the United States. Up the packers, the band called something to do. This is their brand new e am I still coming over a lot of things in the wrong way. I got a lot of strong opinions that I need every day. If it annoying, it is pretty thing. I know I never let it. I'll give it that. I did to I used to think it was a string, but now I see that it's not. I used to keep you what I'm but now I see you got I'm pretty sure that I can promise. I Stop Dad again. Let me parent share and thinks. No one wants to know and...

I should get what I deserve, like your reserve told you. You let me slee as we don't even know. Man Comes with the game as I walk through the door. But the times we laughing it was real, p shore man, the times we were shaking, it was like a show. We a love, the ones with the where to go, laugh, dance, who get the love that you can't Fus, tagging the prison on the streets of tracks, you just try to be free and trying to crush this way, these things in the taste, these dreams. I gotta Street, gotta be looking for what you don't see his finger. Sam Boy, it won't be long or you won't even be to me. Keep sipping the time to be dripping over turfy. Your face keep siving my eyes that keep getting my heart to keep tripping over critical things. We keep sipping, the stoving the time face keep sing eyes in my heart to keep sipping over critical thing that it's tough coming down when you wanna go up. You got hit. Living for the side, like I'm some kind of slut man, dying for the days when I can give a doctor's time, for the days I used to smile it up, but I don't. Take a boy out your arms. Dream and you can't even see me. It happens very under what you want me to be, just to grow up a tea the family tree. I grew up beside demons, but I don't understand. I got to keep saving me, stand put me through that door. The best there a way that I'm living. Brought it to your world. Tommy, keep sipping the start, living the time to be dripping over curry your face, my money, keep sitting my eyes, that you gritting my heart to keep tipping over critical things, to keeping dripping over Ury your face, keeping my eyes, keeping my heart, to keep tipping over critical things for the size. When you hit my world, baby, try to to your knees. I can't take much more. He got knees for the Cure. Blow me up, baby, so that I can soar a life that I leaves anything but a boy. You can run off you like, but there actual as through skip money. Who if you run from your heels and you find a way out? Man, drop me a last so I can take a see round.

God knows I hold. It's an easy way out. On drop of these classes. Will tell you all about it. Side of my mind that I lose a lot of class on tripping over reasons just to leave you all behind. To keep time, to keep the herd. Keep tipping over critical things, keeping time to be tripping over turial thing hard. Keep tripping over critical things. All feel good. Reggae from Lancaster Ohio, brand new from catching distance. Truth about the lies before catching distance. We are up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The cheese heads themselves something to do. They've got a brand new trek out is called am I still coming over, but do check out the video. It is top notch. From Wisconsin across to the West Coast. Let's go victory kid, southern California. They have a brand new album that you can pre order. You're going to do that through their bank and page. It is called dissernation. The band called Victory Kid. They tend to crank so much stuff into their tracks anyway. This one is the brand new release off the dessnation album. It is gold plunge in the dark. Well, he used to glasses for one night. Twelve pluck in the rain drove me to the station. I grab my guitar, keep my ticket from my eyes. That train. Time forgot you. I'm supposed to be, but I must have assisted someone. Never move. We must have been morning. The Dawn, ever came, silence, somewheavy, the tears down from my eyes because that train. I still don't feel this way. Doesn't feel... ready. Everything, or so they say. Time, when you got the time feels in memory, would be gone, no matter what the season. Feeling. May, I thought, but time, it's been a time gone away, outside myself and in the summer, but I can't help May, I thought, but some shine on September, all the trees quite please. Then came the sound, the last as time gone away. I want... stand outside myself and I can't. But you discover just being released on happy people records. Limited edition seven inch single available now from Los Angeles tight spot. That is called time heels everything before tight spot. Another band at a southern California victory kid plunge in the dark. That is the first release off their brand new album desernation. preorder it through the Victory Kid Bank camp page now right. I mentioned willow from the scapones up there in the north of England on tea side. It is an absolute pleasure to get these guys involved. They are a huge support of the scar show. With beefy. They put a track on the save the scar show with beefy compilation album and I really, really do appreciate it. This was a single they put out in two thousand and nineteen. It's called when it's gone, it's gone. The same good things, but know what you're waiting for before it too late. Because while again starts with a line on your ship up coming, take a chance on light comes for reality short time. You gonna get down. Well, when it's gone gone, when the race don't waste. What a...

...tune that is. The just on a run a gigs up there in the north of England. I've know there is loads more lined up for the rest of the year. They're even looking ahead to two thousand and twenty two to play Supernova in the US. Even talk about coming to Australia. Who knows? That will be brilliant. If they do, they're gonna be on tour with a Dave a wakeling when Dave finally gets his UK Torgo. It's been postponed about fourteen times. So hopefully it's forty anniversary tour will work very, very shortly. Feel for you, man, I feel for you. Anyway, we're gonna hear theirs. First of willows selections. WE'RE gonna GO DOWN TO LONDON ten King Hammond himself, Nick Welsh. This, whirdly enough, is Nick's latest release. It's gold. Mr Easy talk sounds just said. My words a truth. There's nothing else. I'm studies is studies. Raise did you play with my cigar? Drive my car? I'm studies is hot. I studies. Don't care what, as long as I can give my...

...way. I'm missed the east from one thousand nine hundred and ninety one hundred... off their twelve commandments of scar album. Yeah, yeah, Girl. Now, if you don't know much about hundred men, they were formed by members of skin deep up there in doncasters in Yorkshire. Pretty Sure Doncaster is in Yorkshire. Now, Mick from the bank, after a hundred men finished up, he went to join Pete Dougherty in baby shambles and they covered the hundred men track. I wish now. Pete is a big Fan of Mick from a hundred men. He actually called him the finest scar guitarist in the whole of the UK. Now scares pretty well established in the UK are there is lots of good scar gatarists and, if mixed, the best, and he's bloody bloody good. Before hundred men, King Hammond's new one, Mr Easy Talk. Good to see nick well. She's always banging at new music, so no surprise to hear another absolute banger from Nick. Right. We've got some live tracks now. Willow has selected some absolute classics. We're going to bring it home with a bit of scar royalty. First, cab off the ranks to tone number one, if you please. This is a live version of the specials. Gangsters. Keep away, we are disgrace to the...

...stay away. Don't want to keep away. Don't wanna piece is a serious to Lanna. She says I'm Feing swice. As she said, don't showers. Too Much, too young. You're done much to you. I should be much too much, too much, too young. To tone number seven... to number one in one thousand nine hundred and eighty. It was only the second ever EP to get to number one. It's more fun facts for you. It was a short song of the S to go to number one and it was the first live track since Chuck Berry's minglingk to hit the top spot as well. Tremendous, what a tune that is. In fact, it's not even the specials really enough. Well, I think there was some printing errors. It was actually distributed as the Special Aka featuring Rico, but on the cover notes and the credits it's all the specials, the specials of special so who knows? They were mad back then. They were just running on the smell of an Ailey rag. Before too much, too young off madness has second album absolutely again, in one thousand nine hundred and eighty, got to number four in the chats. That was embarrassment. We kicked off that little segment with another specials track to toone number one. It was never ever officially on an album. It got to number six in the UK chats in one thousand nine hundred and seventy nine. It was gangsters, but you all knew that, course you did. You wouldn't be listening to this show if you didn't know that. Anyway, I've got thank willow from the scapones for getting involved with the show. I really do appreciate the time you spent picking out those tunes and given us a bit more information about the band. They are still in the studio trying to finish off their second album at northern gods. That is the follow up to from cradle to grave. They've already done seven tracks to trying to get a few more out. They've also just recorded a Christmas single as well, called ring the bells. Now. That's going to be a split vinyl release on jump up records. On the flips side is the Scotch Bonnets, who are top notch band. They should do really well either that. That should be fun. Ring the bells. Hey, that's going to be good for Christmas. I'm sure I will get to play that to you very soon because it's nearly September. It really is nearly September. Where has it gone? Hopefully you're all staying safe and doing well and getting vaccinated getting to gigs, because there are lots of gigs going on. I know the scarpones themselves. They're playing the mishmash festival up in Darlington. So if you're up there in the north of England. They're playing the Lindis Fan Festival. They're on the Viking brewhouse stage. How goods that? And they are due to play the hundred club in London with Nick Welsh himself this weekend. Check out the scarpones facebook page and you will see all their up coming gigs. There's loads of them, too many to mention. Also by this split seven inch with Detroit rhythm crew with an absolute cracker. Thanks to willow and the rest of the guys. I really, really do appreciate...
