Any moment. That's when I used to love my blue I love Scott. Finds who I am as a person and I will never turn my back on Scott. Looking back, I have no regrets. You should never read. The place gone. We don't. It's time to have a bit of a Skank, and I think that I will in fact skank. Hi, my name is writer do car and you'll listening to the scar show with beffy on southern FM. What I want, soldier, you don't watch that. This is a heavy, heavy munsters, the nutsy songs around. WHOOO, stop the PLA. This is jobs job, or you try me, I will... your limp. Yeah, and if you know, you are friend, you are, you are five, you are father Tokyo. How are you feeling? We're the interrupters. This is our very first time in Japan. Thank you so much for the warm welcome I got. This next song is a protest song, but it's also a unity song, because there's no room...

...for any racism. There's no room pretty sexist of this room, pretty homophobia, for any bigotry of any kind. So let's have a moment of unity right here, right now. Everybody, put your hands in the air. We're gonna clap together. Ready for are you show up in bless straight judge show. Follow you. Wow, I gotta tell you, Summer Sonic for the interrupters, very first time here. This is beyond anything we could have ever dreamed. Thank you so much. I got we have an album out. It's called fight the good fight. This next song's a fight song, but it's not about fighting each other. It's about fighting depression, addiction, anxiety, PTSD, those sorts of fights. So if you're out there right now fighting the good fight, just no, you're not alone. Shall come then, beat up, yet the night down, come back twice, side through, giving u what we do down. We won't stay like a stay... a nat up. Yet back twice, giving up, sat down. Howdy folks, this is Chris Eddie and Scott. We are from the living end and we're here for Rad recording artists, actors and athletes against drink driving. I see a lot of things that gigs, dogs, nudity, clowns, but mostly people having a good time in a few drinks. What I'd hate to see is someone getting behind the wheel after they've been drinking. So if you plan to drink over the east to break plant ahead, arrange a designated driver who won't drink, or stay the night at a friend's place. If there is add they can release a better dawn. Then let it shake these trees and sing. Action is eloquence system when it each other your head, where I can see, gets down on your knees where I can see, and get down on your knees, Mond in my own head on touch a got just try to get my hands, my hands. I can stop.

Resistance stops. Muscle, blood, SPE adition, Gilt, breath, brain, imagination, vulnerability, weakness, range, trust, hatred, silence. It's what needs, says human. How Nice? Is that? Very different that it's from a bank of Project BLACKBIRD. You may recognize the vocalist Limba golding of the specials. No, project BLACKBIRD is a project from John Reed, who tours extensively with the specials. But that obviously is is it a protest? So I don't know what it's called. I'm look, if it's one thing about me, I don't get involved with politics. But that is released in conjunction with June teenth, the historical marker of the abolition of slavery in the US, and obviously you can hear limvill Goo and I can't breathe. I can't breathe and that resonates across the world. So yeah, very, very seminal tune. That very different. Yeah, it's a chilling reminder of a moment in history that will never lose its awful power to shock. That's from Paul Cook from joys and he says that puts it in much better words than me. Anyway. Project BLACKBIRD, brand new shake these trees just came out on the weekend. I think it might have been around for a while, but yeah, it's now pushed at their end, loads of people picking it up, which is really, really good for project BLACKBIRD. Welcome to the sky show with me, beefy. Glad you could join me. We're happy Tuesday people. Happy Tuesday scapot number one for your listening pleasure. We kicked it off with strange talents who have just been announced to headline the Queensland Sca Festival in December. Only couple of bands a night so far. Obviously strange tenants going to fly up from Victoria up there too well. I think they're going to play Brisbane and the central coast. At this stage and I'm going to play with ye a sunny coach Rue boys, who I happen to see a couple of weeks ago, who are absolutely brilliant live. Now, talking of live, brand new from the interrupt as. They released a live album on Friday. It is called live in Tokyo. Not Quite sure why they've called it live. Course I audit live and dog because you've taken from their live show in a Tokyo, I think is actually a couple of years ago. Supersonic or I'm not sure what it was called. Anyway, we heard a friend like me take back the power and then title older. The interrupters brilliant. Also release a film on the weekend as well, or a documentary, I should say, not a film. When I say film you think dramatization, everything else. Now that's a bit of documentary, but fantastic interrupters. Looking forward to new stuff from them, possibly, I hear, later this year. I'm excited for that and you should be too. Very, very good the way the scar scenes going in the US. They are going to be pumping obviously fresh. You'll say fresh, even though it's probably eighteen months ago when she's kerosene went to the top of the billboard chats in the states. Yeah, they really really did. They haven't done anything new since about from a cover of bad guy, my billy. I was really talking of new stuff, brand new, from the bumping ugly's. They've been around a long, long time, but this is their latest single, also own, a couple of days old. It's called right and clever. I contain for now. It's bloody awesome. This is the sky show with Beife gets ganking. I'm doing for the money. Don't do it for drops your pride, for when the world feels wrong, is fight for we...

...can be right. Clapper. Many sees a concept that insists in fairy tales. Don't hold brook. Resilience is the lifebod that should fall inside vein. Strengthen the fins to your face. People try to knock you down or no, sometimes they'll succeed. The best sad letting it for shit. Do it for the money, doing for trust your pride and love world from it, for we can be right. Last asking for your locking life get you half away the other happy players in a game inside who wants it moans. With the best fighting Brnie and your choice to make, you're gonna get it blow away. You don't have to swallow your pride. You testing right back. Do it for the money, go do it for the drugs. Do it for your pride and love. We can be LAS taken. So think about matter what you do. It doesn't matter what you do, and all the...

...isolators out of Adelaide in South Australia be with you from their ghost light bunker sessions being named to the Sky Nation Out of festival bill as well. That's happening at the end of October. Can't wait for that. Can't wait to see the isolators actually, because they also contributed his song to the sky show with beefy saved the scars show compilation album as well. So be good to catch up with fabreafe and the rest of the crew for brief program the scar put number three a couple of weeks ago as well. Before that, the annue from bumping ugly's out of Annapolis, Maryland. Loads of great stuff coming out of Maryland right now. That is right and clever like that. That is in the in the market for the top thirty four, two thousand and twenty one. I like that a lot. And they're still pushing the never ending drop. They had an album out last year, did they? What were that called keep your suitcase packed. That came out in June last year as well. So they're also still doing the never ending drop, which was supposed to drop new singles once a month, but youter Covid, is just not happened. Anyway. Let us move to Arizona, now, Mesa to be exact. Authority zero brand new album called Ali Ali oxen free. First single off that album is called ear to ear, and it also features he glaudy shoe a from Hay Smith. So I'll probably play a Haysmith song after this as well. All Right, authority zero. Ear To ear, sidself I. So you really think I'm joking? The water to find the coast. Don't try and show me it's no big deals. Don't understand just how I feel. Well, I think she's about to get real. Behind the SERI wheel. Look, look, here, I'm on my last bird because...

I'm making up and nod as I believe I'm bet it all, and now I'm feeling first because I'm about to try and show me it's no big deals. Don't understand just how I feel. Well, I think she's about to get real. No one behind the speak. It doesn't make things. We turn it into what psychotrother then I then I just said, O Hey,...

Smith added Japana set up play one of their tunes, the only one I Haddam my USB was called second youth. Like that's not bad at all. Fur they're out of a sack up in around since two thousand and eight. If you check out their twitter facebook in the minute, there's loads of gigs for them coming up. So they have got loads going on. Back to basics is also just been released, so I will check that out and see if I can bring it that for you. This weekend the DRD pop festival, they're playing with Shank Scandal AG, creepy nuts, those type of people who have never heard of before. That authority zero, Adam Mace why? I played Hay Smith. Their brand new single, ear to ear, features sugar from Hay Smith. Oi Ali Oxen free is their brand new album and if you love scar core punk rock then you will like authority zero. They've got a lot more scary tunes than that, but hey, that'll do. Here we are brand new, right badge. You didn't know plates Sky Thin lizzy. Love Thin Lizzy. Who Doesn't love thinness. He this one was the bay side to Rosalie. Came out in one thousand nine hundred and seventy five. Fill in a actually wrote this. It's a bit reggae but scary. It's called half cast. It's a great tune thing. Lizzie Badge, you didn't know plates. Yeah, I got a girl in Brixton town. W Daddy don't like me hanging around the boy in black, the boy as Brown's to have gas down. Pig, pig, pigs, pigs, boys half passed pass. I got a girl of Mirit. Good Daddy don't like me to leave the girls dream. The Brown boy is going to serve you. Don't you know? It's a different day in the like it. These half reasons. Why? Straightway want the dream of suffers. The same excuses,... reasons why? You know, I never felt low and slow. It's like my head is still with a guy, just the ones. I'm still, they said, breaking. I feel like I'm a one way track with bus to get through, but the song can and I can't sit down. So again is to point on you. That's always never better. A little sweep it in my head. That will creep. Ok, that the single fucking thing that I did wrong and screw the next day. It's a wake up go that they know I'm about how much. How much longer I...

...was stronger than I know. Well, I didn't get it in time for last week show, but I got in time for this week show. There is the split seven inch single from a bad time records. You just heard Keill Lincoln from Washington DC. That is going under and previous to that from Gainesville Florida, less than Jake need some shaking. You can order that on the bad time at a records website, Bank Cam. I think they use split seven inch single. They've called it wave breaker one. I think there's going to be a lot more of them. It's sold out, so they do more pressings. There's going to be loads of way breakers between the old third wave and the fourthcoming bands possibly. It's going to be great to see what they come out with next. Scalpo one has been quite heavy, hasn't it? For for a change it's a thirty zero for like punk Band Hay Smith, punky bumping ugly's Punky Wow. Normally it scar part too's the heavier portion of the show, but this week I've gone upside down. Well, you coming live jiff from Melbourne anyway, and talking about that punk band badge into plates car, thin lizzy Halfcast F one nineteen seventy five Banjadin, a place car does exactly what it says on the team Ben's you didn't know plates car right. I've come to the end of SCAR PARD number one. It's come that quickly. It's gone crazy, a little bit ill. Of think I'm going mad with this lack of sleep, but anyway, please stay tuned for scar part two. It's coming up very, very shortly. It kicks off with the well famous cover sex show, for it covers done in the scar format in this week. It is absolutely phenomenal. It is tremendous. Please stay say for everybody. Do the right thing. Where a mask staying doors, wash your hands, don't touch your face. Such a distinct scene is still a thing. Be Excellent to one another. Just do the right thing. It's all you can do, and then we'll all get through this together and we'll be back seeing live bands again very very shortly. Load to press this week about the scar scene. It is brilliant to see going from strength to strength. Glad I'm involved. Talking of new releases new bands. These guys have been named on the Scar Nation Two thousand and twenty one bill. They've just released an album. It's a mixture of live tracks, covers and a couple of originals. The guys are called looney tunes are from Melbourne.
