Any moment now. That's got to love my blue. I Love Ya. Gott to find who I am as person and I will never turn my back on Scott. Looking back, I have no regrets. You should never wait to play scam. We don't play anymore. It's time to have a bit of a Skank, and I think that I will in fact skank Hi. This is loose from the Mexican nutty stumpers and this is the scuy show, with babe out glory story trying to get tired. What I like about you? What tell me I'm the only one when I come out tonight, Jay, I keep one in my ears. The things I want to cause. It's about about you. You're in and I how to tell when you go up down to prounds. I about your bout things I want. What I like about you. That's what I like about you. Like a wow about...

...you. You give me one night. Never gonna let your Gocaus. No, you make me feel all right, use it's true. What I like about you. That's what I like. The scarriginals from Los Angeles. What I like about you. Who are the Romantics? Was They? I think it was. That was from way back to thousand and fourteen, I think. I'm not sure whether the scriginals are even playing together anymore. I think a couple of split out to it into a new bank or secret menu. Just try to check their facebook page out very quickly and it's not been updated in two thousand and sixteen. But that is a cracking version. I like that a lot, really do. We kicked off the second hour of the show with Melbourne stalwarts ninety nine percent fat during their version of the hunters and collectors tune, the holy grail. Or was it just holy grail? MMM, just holy growl. I think ninety nine percent fat. When I first moved to Melbourne they were they were playing quite regular. They are quite famous for basically writing their own gig reviews, giving themselves five stars, sending it into the music press and getting in published. So they've did that a few times, I believe. But yeah, great stuff from ninety nine percent fat. Not exactly sure what the guys are doing anymore, but hopefully when we're getting back to live gigs then we will. You never know, we might see him again. You're listening to the sky show with me. Be If you. Thanks for joining me wherever you may be on this planet opium the good time. I hope your Tuesday is as jumping and pumping as mine. Yep, I hope it is. I'm going to make it even better now, because how a bad a bit of why? See, hey, this...

...is go forward for your Bubbo, and this one way to the George. You will see. Sochos to give a little bit of seas and bit the clocks. Let's wake up my John. Lion Sleeps Tonight. Will a lion sleeps tonight? A love it. Love the Scafari a version of the lion sleeps tonight. They're out of Switzerland and they've just announced some gigs. Yep, Open Air Bivo on Thursday. Actually Thursday they've got a GIG. Check out SCAFFARI's website or their facebook page if you're just happen to be in Switzerland, because August twenty nine they've got sand check open and they've got a GIG book November seven and may first next year. Yep, may first, two and twenty one. They booked in, got a book em early. When bands are this good, before scafary we heard the skunks doing their version of why MCA from one nineteen and ninety five those guys are at a Washington DC. They've got a new album out on vinyl. It might be a reissue again on that jump up records, quite probably. We don't just play scar music on the scar show with beefy, we do play a bit of Punk Rock. We pay homage to the greats like the clash and MoD bands like the jam. We do all sorts and we do like to finish or top off the will famous cover, say action, with a bit of Punk Rock. And this is absolutely brand spanking new and I thought I was gonna play. I thought I was going to miss it, but it is come out. I have got a copy now and I'm gonna play because it's cold. It's already tomorrow in Australia and for most of you, Yep, it is...

...already tomorrow in Australia because it's twenty past one am and I'm doing a show life. Don't forget it's bloody lay up here. This is a band. They're called daily. He's gone wrong. They're from the Bronx in New York's Today it's a brand new E. It's already tomorrow in Australia. In your bottles, I can help. But what's the way. I wanna do that. I ever, it's so hi. This is frank beard of Zz top for Rad. If you're out party and drinking, and we all know that happens sometimes, please don't get behind the wheel. Give up the keys to a designated driver. Please don't drink and drive. A message from red recording artists, actors and athletes against drink driving. The shoot inside in the days of thirty night. Please leave the rent and the cemetery wall the black focus fighters. Blacks shall side it. Spring with the problem and off London,...

...calling way back in one thousand nine hundred and seventy nine. That is the aform mentioned the clash Spanish bombs. What a belter, that is. What else we hear daily. He's gone wrong. It's already tomorrow in Australia. They are out of the Bronx. I didn't like that bit of thrash, grunge, heavy stuff in the middle, but apart from that it was sounding pretty good up until that bit. It's only my thoughts, guys. Just do what you want, do what's sounds good to you. That's brand new, though, only came out two days ago, so I'm absolute privilege to do the Australian premiere of it's already tomorrow, Australia. From daily he's gone wrong right, talking about brand new. He's this is quite funky, very funky in fact. This is a band called the inevitables, remember that. But it's not just a bend, it's a whole project, it's a whole concept. This is going to be an album and a comic book. We're talking about people like Vinni Fiarello, who's look, who's basic, the figurehead of that? From Lesson Jake, we've got Alex Stern from big D OBI, Fernandez, west bound train, Mark Appleton, real big fish, billy cottage from the interrupters, and a load more. They I've got a kickstarter. They're trying to raise twenty grand, Twentyzero U S dollars to launch this thing because they need the money for expenses, recording artistry, launch materials, everything else. But it's a whole project and it is quite exciting because the first single is called Fort Lauderdale and it is absolutely brilliant. So can I suggest please check out the INEVITABLES. If you got some spare cash, jump on the kickstarter and you can add to that. So best of luck, with everything coming our way from the inevitables. This is the first single got released last week Fort Lauderdale. Recall all the high singing loud out of the windows, sounding like sirens going I like lions of thatched gas. And then I last no destination. Up, beat up on the dashboard, chasing the Coostide, cruising ocean cool of momentary. This one's for us. We ruled the rooms. He comes my us. We strive down, feeling very live in on my on the side window, twenty Burd exit, trapping way too...

...fast to gasp a cry in the hallway. We work strong it stay. I am feeling dead and living on Memphis. We shove. That's what you get right down already without them. That's what you've got about the air. I really the idea that your mind is following before it to your mind, before on the remo, close my eyes, make you way, is not far in my mind. I look at the world. All hate is to be worst thing. Should at a Bolzano in northern Italy that is literally a...

...couple of days old. They're called skanking drops. The song is called Brain Jam, and tell you what I do like that a lot brain jam skanking drops. They were formed in two thousand and thirteen, so I haven't heard of those guys before, and I do like a lot of Italian scar bands at the moment because they are banging out some great tunes. Obviously the blue beaters, SCASSA punker. We have played quite a few Italian bands of late, lost fastidios being one. Thanks thanking drops for getting in touch and making sure I play your new single. Before that, the inevitables with their brand new e Fort Lauderdale and their kickstarter fundraising campaign for their new album and comic book. Wish you all the best for that, if that first single was anything to go by. On bloody excite right, we're going to fast forward to the bands you didn't know played scar section of the show. I think this is cheating, a game. We kind of cheating with Zimallei in the first hour of the show, Camper van Beethoven. This is even called border scar. When the patter race the day, I just skive on leave. What then? The saying? Know, you guess. The boy sleep out BA in the ladies. Everything was good. I had a home for the...

...future. Batter your boys shooting. Now it's those dreamy shall stay, that I can't pay the rent, so I gotta kitchen, tip down, sweep outside. But back in the s everything was good. I had a hope for the future. But your boy, shoot, now it seems all the Quetty sins of a rich man. They can look to the rockets of a wasted many. Call it stay, they shall all around face and that I can't pay the rent, so I gotta Pitch, tip down, sweep outside, outside. That is the latest release from the slackers at a new yachts yeah, it's called sleep outside. We did play it last week, but the reason I played again this week is because this Saturday they're doing a live online gig and what a lineup. Cat Bite to we do play regularly on the show, the bar stool preachers who regularly as well. Now I absolutely adore the bastil preachers, the pipe tasters and the slackers. So check out any of those four bands facebook pages. They have a Gig, online gig obviously, and I think the doors are something like for a clock us eastern time, so I'm not quite sure where there is in with us in Australia's quite that be in the middle of the night. I would imagine, because that is probably at nine pm in the UK. But what cracking GIG that. I wish I was there. I do wish I was there. Anyway, if it's on Facebook, I believe it might get replayed. Probably will. That's my guess. Anyway, you'll listen to the scar show with beefy. We are basically heading on home. It's flown through so far and I hope you've had as much fun as I have. We have got one brand you release. These guys are called the elevators. They're out of a Boston. Their brand new from a couple of days back. It is gold. Won't be the last time, and it features a giant pander, apparently. Come Onna give it up to you. Come on, feeling what I'm feeling. Come on, let's pushing the last time. Gonna see the last time. I gotta get. Come on and let me get your life. It...

...is my style, the sweet, distant, the Flyer. So pus. I will have to go feeling that doctor last time. I gotta get a show. Feeling last time. Wanna see see boys in the schools and master's waking all the rooms, happy fun, and that would pitches in the pub ready rock try enough to think, I'M W A L I will ring, I get enough to gonna white on to the next to school. Every time. That is the room's alone. Events, Plain Sim O. Bass I guy, let down. I'm out. We had lots of boys, lots of smells and looks, a noise. By fool in the park kicking with my baggy. Tried to start anything that breaking back on the end of the past. Stop the phone can play some sky. It's an exciting night and...

I cannot believe you're feeling like because you don't wanna Dance Cup all alone. You start, we gonna make it. We're not make it. Make Him. This is what it's getting hot in here. Got Right on sky, come on, hear me. Wanna take you along and just let it road. There's no way to Manna. Make your this is just all right. When I gotta thank you very much for having to see it. The savening with a song dedicate to the Patri Cuz school by Smash Growl out of you.

Yes, mass special brew got to number three in the UK chats in one thousand nine hundred and eighty. It was off scar and be which I think was one of the albums we featured on the weekend lucky number album scar show with beefy. If you don't already know, we do three scar pods a week. Split them up into basically one hour shows. The first hour of the live show, which you'll listening to right now, is scar pod one. Comes out on a Wednesday. The second hour of the live show comes out as a scar pod on Friday and then on Sundays the lucky number album scar show, where we basically select ten scar albums from anywhere and everywhere. We do try and spread the love to all four corners of the Globe and basically pick ten albums. I roll the dice. It's a twelve sided dice, so I'll get to cover a lot of a lot of ground on those albums. Whatever number comes up, I will play that number track off each of the albums. If you have a suggestion for the lucky number album scar show, would beefy get in touch with me. please. Check us out on the facebook page the scar show would be fee or on twitter at beefy scar show. That is the whole of my social media presence. I guess I don't really do instagram. Is Not much to in grammar boat when you're doing a radio show. Nobody wants to see my ugly Mug. This has been another scar show. Would beef you. I do really appreciate you joining me for, you know, just a couple hours of great music, a couple of hours we can get away from this truly, truly awful time. Please, can you do the right thing. Just listen to what our goodments are telling us to do. They are doing it for a reason. They're doing it to try and keep us safe. They're doing it to try and stop the spread of this pandemic. Doesn't matter whether you're in Mumbai and Melbourne and Manchester or New York, now any city beginning, beginning with them, really around the world. It doesn't really matter. Play indoors if you can keep washing those hands. Do the right thing. Wear a mask if you're outside. Hopefully, this thing will be over sooner rather than later if we can all just be excellent to one another. I'll be back on the weekend with the lucky number album scar show. They'll be a couple of scar puds in the week. If you want to get in touch with me, if you're in a band, please send me music.
