I'm ready to ever again. Really let the fear while he's a drink discovery. So welcome back the shiny change with a love tone in his voice. Forgot that we all have a choice. Life is nothing if you don't appreciate yeah, it's this scar show with me, beefy, thanks joining me. That was the Melbourne Scowl Orchestra, I should say the newly Aria Award winning Melbourne Scowl Orchestra. They've just taken home the area for the best world music album, which was there fifty two weeks of scar. They're for CD set that has won the best world music album again. They are multiple are award winners. I think they've won like best live act. They have won a best album before. So congratulations to Nicki bomber and all the thirty eight other musicians are involved with the Melbourne score. Or so they are absolutely brilliant. Just announced a New Year's Eve GIG AP memo music call in St Kilda. So tickets will sell out very, very quickly for that one. So we're if you're a bit of Melbourne Scol Orchestra Action on New Year's eve down at St Kilda, get in quick. It will be awesome. We kicked off the show with the mad caddies, who have just announce an Australian tour that is coming up in April. So I played monkeys and then I was surprised we hadn't done a live session from these guys. Out of what shouldn't D see? The pietasters. They've been around how long? Twenty eight years, I believe. One thousand nine hundred and ninety one the pietasters got going. So we picked out to or do we have tell you why? Can't stand... I don't want to know. And Maggie may brilliant stuff. pietasters. They are pretty, pretty awesome. Yeah, what a Boud so, wherever you are in the world, thank you for joining me. I know we have a lot listeners in the UK, we have a lot listeners in the US of a, probably not too many in Australia because I've got to be honest, it is half past midnight. Thanks for joining. Just a little bit of beefy trying to make your day a little bit better. Right. What are we gonna play? It's another week for new releases and, unbelievably, madness have a new song. It is politically infused, as scar tends to do. This is a swipe of Boris Johnson and the English political scene. This is called the Bullingdon Boys. It's not a pretty side. The lads are right. They long to give the backs against the game. It's not a Pantom in life to things better much notice this day's followed by our Batman. We all chosen. It's robbing to rescue, and boys are while we are the chances and we have dun flight lift at the top. Long back to your sweat shop. The chosen to wheels are coming through and we knows just what to do. It's robbing to rescue. Well, says if we bow. This is in English Public School. This is where Britton raised its empires of yesterday and still trains the leaders of tomorrow. You headed..., just don't make you. Yeah, the brilliant selector there. They have literally just finished a forty six date, forty anniversary tour. They went to eight countries and has this Paul in black and Captain Rickson, who you know, the main people in the selector. Really, as soon as they finished this tour, they're now going out on a twelve, I believe it, forteen date to all with Jules Holland's RMB orchestra as well. God, I mean pauling black must be sixty and I think gapsing Hendrickson probably older again, but they never stopped touring. They are awesome, they're brilliant. I love them to bits and I've seen the selector a number of times across the world. In fact, I'm gonna let you a little secret, little beefy fact here for everyone. They were the first band I ever saw life at a place called TJ's. In you put one thousand, nine hundred and ninety one and I'd already heard bit of Sky Love, bad manners and stuff they want. I was a kid. But the selector, I can truthfully say, they turned me on to what is now scar is life. They really did, and are blown away, blown away what a show that they put on, and that was it for me. I was hooked. I'll be honest, and look where I'm now, hosting the world second best scar radio show. Oh Yeah, we always get a kick out of that anyway. And that was also the new one from madness. YEA, the new one recording stuff the bullingdon boys. But with the election coming up in a couple of weeks time. I'm sure the madness boys would keen to get that out there and do whatever they can to swing the election in one way or the other. Anyway, what else we got now? This is absolutely brand new. This is a band called the Kubricks and we've played quite a lot of their stuff before. They are fairly awesome and they got in touch of me this week and said, beefy, here's a copy of our new June. It is called humans. I'm pretty sure there's an album following, but they are out of I think they're at a London somewhere. But this is brand new. This is humans by the Kubricks. For everything that I say, I don't want to watch this shame. Everybody sings to me. Yeah, people tell me. Anybody got around EXCEP, everybody set down a fell with..., so make sure you how. Wants to hold you now, so big, sure you how? Yeah, they're knocking. If you're living all alone, you say you don't understand. Don't take my head, because we are human after all. Anybody wants to hold you now, so make sure you how. If you're living, won't take we are going that you don't care. So one bad time to evaluate, give usselves a new tar. Think that we go through. Don't want to lose you. Is Bowing.

We always I feel like I'm not. That is a band out of Guam. Yeah, Guam in the middle of the Micronesian islands. A cappella go. Is it up? A CAPPELLA GO MICRONESIA? Probably is, isn't it? If you flew, if you're got on a plane and left Melbourne and flew six hours are regan six, probably seven, six, seven hours north, directly north, you will hit Guam. Yep, you will fat Tofu. So I haven't played that for a while. Thought, oh w don't we played for a while. Let's go a little bit different, and that is called heart eat us. Great Tune, isn't it? Definitely is a good tune. Not sure what fat Tofu up to. I believe they had a tour of Japan in September and I've been playing a couple of gigs around Guam itself. They September twenty seven, played at the livehouse in Tumon Guam. Just let you know. If you're ever in Graham, please look him up. Just getting touch with fat tofu there. They'll show you a good time. I'm sure they will are before that we have the Kubricks. Then you single humans, and big thanks to Dave thorough good for getting in touch with this guy show with beefee a via the facebook page. Thanks to David, sent me the track and said, beefy, this is new, you need to play it, and we did. Talking a new stuff, unbelievably. Tokyo Scar Paradise Orchestra have a brand new years well, it is called hammerhead and they are one of my favorite bands. Yeah, but if you ever get some time you want to watch some lives, go and see how these guys do it. Tokyo Scarp Paradise Orchestra. Some of their live shows that are you can see on various video accessible and platforms. Awesome. It's a bucket list item for me. Talk Your Scar Parodies Orchestra live. We've been talking to him to try and get into Australia. It's a little bit difficult. There's a lot of them in the band as well, so logistically it's not it's not easy, but if we can find a ways in it financially then we certainly will, I'm sure. Anyway, this is called Hamm ahead. It is absolutely brand new released. I think. Yes, I had day before. Let's have a listen away of the troost ahead, before...

...royal had outside. It left me hide. That's one for you. But before your boss, the Cup, for getting your little bit, for your butcher toe, before your boys, making your home life on the minute, the dust will see you there, still around, see you here and the town when the heart press are making you my friends. It all for show, for it all by your still not learn to take a walk around the bunches. You Wake Up, wake up responsibility and time that you check into you before your book, for Your Butcher, boy, you bos for your bows, roples for your bunch of tooth, before your bows making life. But then walking in my show. That's the porker's too big for your boots.

And they've just announced festus two thousand and nineteen in Newcastle Saturday December twenty eight, with an APPs lute shed load of bands to get you through before that. What are we here? The took your skaput's orchestra, brand new e Hamm ahead, nice little instrumental. We do try and fit in an instrumental every now and again. We're coming up to the second to the end of the first hour. As regular steners will know, bef always kicks off our number two with the cover section, the world famous cover section. It could be absolutely anything. Could be a scar band doing a scar cover of a tune you didn't expect to hear in a scar form. It could be a band just whacking out a scar number of a regular tune they do, or just could be anything really, and I think I kind of cast my eye over and see what's going on. It's been quite a few new covers, new scar covers, recently, so who knows. I haven't even decided yet what we're going to do. We are going to place a stay tuned for the second hour. By the way, please stay tuned. It is going to be great. We have a lot of fun. It's going to be a lot of stuff going on on that bill of Festimus. Two Thousand and IDA is a Sydney band, I think. The Sydney band anyway, operation ibis. They're out of they yeah, they are at a Sydney they are playing festmus so I thought I will play one of their tunes. They released an album earlier this year called waste. It's an epee really five trekker, one of my well, the more favorite songs on. It is called panic, so why don't we hear it? It will take us up to the end of the first our please stay tune. Join the scar show would be for after the break willed famous cover section.
