ABOUT THIS EPISODE

**Home Edition** - Naming Rights Sponsorship is Now Available!!!! Beefy is taking on the Corona Virus head on from home, but he's still managing to keep banging out the tunes trying to make sure that The Ska Show with Beefy maintains the prestigious mantle of being the SECOND best Ska Podcast on the planet (https://blog.feedspot.com/ska_podcasts/) We're still not sure what we have to do to get the number 1 spot though - just keep being awesome I guess! Beefy is quickly making this little corner of the Ska Universe his very own as every week the World's (2nd) Greatest Ska Radio Show airs some of the best Ska music currently out there. Broadcast live from Melbourne to Australia and the rest of the world, no other ska show boasts the diversity or the innovation of what Beefy brings to the Ska party! 2019 has proved to be The Year Of Ska and it's up to the Big Beef Man to make sure 2020 keeps getting bigger again! It doesn't get much bigger than this - we've dig out an awesome live set from The Godfather of Ska himself, Laurel Aitken, with some greatness from Loonee Tunes, Mighty Mighty Bosstones & The English Beat, plus newies from The Skallions, Bombskare, Mango Wood, Alademoska, Skassapunka, The Communicators and The Aquabats. Check out The Ska Show with Beefy Facebook page for playlists and other fun stuff! Send me your music if you're in a band - do it & I'll play it.

When are you to love my blue? I Love Ya. God defines who I am as a person and I will never turn my back on Scott. Looking back, I have no regrets. You should never wait to play, Scot. We don't play. It's time to have a bit of a Skank and I think that I will infect Skank, since you lived through all the skin. Roll Up. This is strike. He's got two Tu let. My emotion is you've got back down. All right. Hey, so it's pressure. Okay, Hey, this is Dan peenior. Listen to the sky show with beefy on southern FM. Hey, everybody, can I get an Oh yeah, Oh yeah, don't touch that. This. This is the Herby Hobby mugs, the song, the nuts, songs around. WHOOS, stop the job. Let's read my mind. Woman, late Jane, way...

...behalf of rat. If you're drinking, you can't drive my car or any car. And remember, don't drink and drive. It's just not worth it. A message from red recording, artists, actors and athletes against string driving. Everybody's better everybody's better than me and everybody's well, I guess never goody's better than a castle back to shore. Everybody's too many of you could castle back to shore without the ground you want back to you and must to be...

Ky. Need a castle. You cannot be a bit of the mighty mighty boss tones. Yes, you're listening to the sky show with me, beefy. Thank you for joining me, wherever you are on the planet. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, it doesn't really matter because this is now a podcast instead of a live radio show. If you haven't heard, we are not doing the live show. We normally do a Tuesday night in Australia from midnight to two am, but we've had to stop using the studios for a little bit while the coronavirus hits. So we're doing it in a podcast form and I'm doing it from home. So if the quality isn't quite up to the standard, you do know why. I am working on it, but let's hope everything is better. I hope you're staying safe and staying clean and washing your hands as best you can and I hope everyone is looking on the bright side of life. At the minute. We kicked off the show with local legends, looney tunes, that it's called. Since you left live version there. They are currently spending this downtime recording a new album, so look forward to that. And then an absolute belter live session from the God further of scar himself, Laurel Akin. What are we here? There? We heard badminded woman, skinhead, Sally Brown and Zion City Wall. Absolute great to hear from Laura Lake. In Long Time Gone. I think he passed away two thousand and five, so we're great to hear. He's actually got a five CD box set out. If you haven't heard much of Laura, I can get that and you will get his complete works. As I mentioned, the mighty mighty boss tones. Everybody's better, one of my absolute favorites. I'll jump straight into the music. You're going to get to scar pods this week. Both about an hour long and they're going to be chuck full of new stuff, old stuff, some great stuff and stuff you never thought you might hear. This is a band out of Belfast in Northernine. They've got a new album out. It's called scallion battalion. You can get it on vinyl now, the vinyls of just being pressed, so they are available. This is going to be the title track off scullion Batalion. Guess what it's called? SCALLION battalion. Say Everybody Ready to call? Don't...

...beat each time I break morning the crowd goes while a clock, a smile mistaken for a Bartle of lives, regular jewel, a man with a pot shoot laugh at the same old gas getting somewhere, snown no where fast again, a night at the shot and front, waiting for days to turn to the fire to see something you expected start to feel sad, facetious. That's the world. Strange, Stranger Nights, I guess. The strangest thing of strange days. I guess the strangest the best I ever that is to be yourself. Unless you're talking your best be someone and you learn that always been fair. Stranger strange stranger lights. I guess. Strangest thing of stray stranger...

...lights. I guess the strangest thing trays fun but the one that's done take your can't get back in the game. Strange Stranger N I guess that was bomb scare there with their new single. Stranger to reason. They are spending their dawntime wisely as well, recording new music. There is a new album coming, well, sometime soon before that. We are the SCALLIONS, off their latest album, scallion battalion, and that is the title track. Right. Let's jump over to Spain, another band we've played quite a bit off, but they've got a new single, two out literally yesterday. This is called a reggae. They're called mango would. They're out of Madrid, in Spain. AH, reggae. Things I wanted to try taken, doctor told me to. Doctor, want me to do things. You want. Things you wanted to try take get my mind, doctor told me to. Doctor Wanted No. Lads Wou Sea, do present, but do not this gas. He need not look at last he nothing for their look a be they love. I don't. Please out this Bob. You WANTA a thing.

You Got Dagnello Penny be. They love gainst the logs. I see that. I'll good bit of scar punk. They're also out of Spain. A ladder Muscar. I think that's how you say it. I don't speak Spanish too well. A ladderm a scar. That is a Viva Lavida. That is the number one track off their latest album called Sam Brado Ross Rebellia, which I believe is we will so rebellion or we will create rebellion. I reckon that is I love a bit of a ladder Muscar. They're out of Alcantey in Spain. Great stuff from those guys. Before a Laddam a scar we heard mango would. They're another Spanish band out of Madrid. That is a latest single literally day all. Is called a reggae that is off their forthcoming album, and they have let me know it is called stomp you damn. We're not sure when it's going to be out, but they had a load of gigs penciled in for all of Europe to tour that album. So I think the rush is a little bit subsided, right. What are we going to hear? Dave wakeling and the English beat. This is off the album he put a couple of years back. Now here we go all love. This is probably one of my favorites. Off that album is gold. The one and only. It's Dave wakeling and the English beat. Jack too quick soon, as like he doesn't regular night drug Jack's quick little signs.

It's the one. I have to bring the best on your sound to keep a fatherly break up the ground. We jop me tappy feet. Suffer to love. You know my mind. To Day I've not the making way. Besides, for my Varads, we can Arra dogs, my para dogs who under and your Para Dogs my ass and I will play you be Daddy. Hard dogs die cap in my paras. We Camp Dogs Heel my barrow dogs. We SCAMPARA dogs my parats. We scamper our dogs par we scampera dogs...

...peel my Parados. We scampera dogs peel my parag my Varaca. That was SCASSA punker. They're Adam Milan in Italy. We have had a lot of fun with those guys. They are producing some absolute great stuff. They did an album that came out in a march that was called revolutionary roots. But that song that I just played is called paradox and it is a new single and it's not on the album. So we're jump over to SCASSAP punker and look for paradox and you can down load that new single. Before Scassa Punka, it was Dave wakeling and the English beat doing the one and only off the ear we go all love album that he put out a couple of years ago. If you haven't got that album, it was a throwback to the stuff that the beat put out in the ads, things like Waben. Absolutely great. Love that album. Hope you're spending your dawn time at all. Wise. They have not checked out the sky show with beefy facebook page yet. We're doing a load of stuff. They're there. All the playlists of there the replays of the show.
