Would be for you I think kicked off the show with aggress's BC. There at a Belfast, nor an, Ireland, and that one is called tone of the Times. That's the first time I think I've heard that. And then dime score, dime store skanks are at a Wellington in New Zealand, and that is ladies GASCAR. Both bands very active playing gigs while look at all over the place. That is absolutely brilliant. Thank you for joining us. This is, as you know, the greatest two hours of the week in terms of radio, in terms of music, in terms of life. We are one step closer to the weekend, because scare music just means a bloody good time, doesn't it? Of course it does. Anyway, we got loads of new music this week. I've kind of decided to absolutely jump on it make sure we get new tunes, new bands, a lot of different sounds, but still have the old stuff kicking in as well, the old classics, so they'll be a mix of absolutely everything. And, as you well known, the second hour we do some funky stuff, we play some covers, we play some punk rock, we just play some stuff that I just absolutely love and wanted to hear anyway. This one, this one is an absolute beltera. We all know it. It made the chart. It was a worldwide hit. There Australian. They're the old nights. This is Montego Bay. To me, be in for wax key to you will be in his hand, just to the driving and, by way, sons on the right side. So you're little. Meet me like a brother would I think. I remember now. It twice as good. How the rumms from my silver tray to be the seed into sign so I lay I still feel a motion baby home in bed. I tell you to stay at you till I still baby. Reseit your radio to eighty eight point three southern. If now keep bringing me,...

Language warning, language warning, language warning. Yeah, this is Betty's world war transmission. Take me away from loving. Everyone got me on my knees. It is like lightning, so exciting it don't get you under. I can't hill never win the all, so fuck up. Don't get the to all. We can't ever win. Won't ever win. That I really such a bad thing, because I'm gonna makes me under the scrus you never let God once fuck the word. I get high R and I do it again. That is the unbelievable Benny's often new...

...album, natural born Chili's chillas as the first single. Get high like an angel, absolutely fantastic. Right about playing the play with the Smith streak band a few others on the weekend? Then at the Coburg Velodrome, the Pool House Party, I think it's called, is always a good show when those two bands get together. is loads rather bands going on as well, I'll gotta say also. But that does clash with one of the most important weekends of the year. The eighty eight three sudden FM, the sounds of the bay side. It's the radio than eighty eight three is a community station and does rely on the support of the community through our sponsors and donations and our members. So this weekend it is the annual fundraiser. So Saturday seventeen, Sunday the eighteen, nine am to five pm both days. Please get on board, jump on the website so the fmcom Doeau and donate. There is a donate button there. The festivities included. We're doing a sausage sizzle at Parliament Street studios in Brighton between eleven and two on both days you can come in, you can have a look at the studios, you can even get on air with some of those fantastic presenters that you can meet a lot of the presenters because they will be here helping out, trying to raise much needed funds. Remember Sudden FEMCOM dot AU. Donate now or just come along by sausage, you know, it's the democracy sausage, so to speak, but with hate the democracy. It's just good old community spirit, absolutely fantastic. So please, please play. Support the Radio Thun. We will a greatly appreciate it and we'll keep niche shows like the scar show, with maybe fee going for a hell of a lot longer yet, as with all the other great program Hims on this station as well. Why not? Please help us out? That'll be great. All Right, I'm going to play the Taj Motel trail. They got in touching me last couple of weeks sent me their new EP. It's a bit of an old DP really, but it's re released. The pace called four songs, seven inches. They're going to put it online this week. The Taj Motel trio. Please checking out on facebook. They're touring with joystick as well. Locally, they are from Georgia, USA, where the peaches grow and where the Moonshine is probably the strongest it will ever be. This one is called burn it down. I got played another trek of the it's not off this EP, but it's just as good. That's called here we go again. They will be absolutely great. Please check them out. Please album out as well. They're on Bank camp. I'm sure they're selling this stuff. They're all their back catalog of great hits. Anyway, this one's gold burn it down. I was telling me I can't do it all, but now I'm gonna live my time and I'm not gonna cry the chickens. So, hi, this is toddy Goldsmith and you're...

...listening to Eddy eight point three southern FM. Of these fathers. You seem a little pass out in the face in a second life. took me rather corner to the great and give me something I never had. took me out...

...a troop of playing man in a big brass band. He came to me with a brand new plan. Let's drink in the street, dance into the beat of their focus soul song. That is the absolutely incredible resignators. That's kind of the latest single parasol. If you jump on their facebook page, just look up the resignators. They have just released a video for that tune and it is absolutely brilliant. A lot of fun, a lot of time and effort has got into it. There's a lot of makeup. There would have been a fair few showers going on after the filming of that little little clip. So please jump on the resonators page and check that out. Also, they've got a talk coming up soon with Canadian kind of punk rockabilly band, the creep show all over Australian then later in the year they had to Canada's just been launched at the headlining in the Victorian Scar and reggae festival with the mighty mighty bosstones. Never heard of that band. I don't know who they are. They were apparently they're quite well known on the scar scene in North America, mainly because they don't get out of North America. Don't come and see us, staying in Australia. Anyway. Good luck with that tour to Canada with the boss those. That should be absolutely fantastic anyway. In the meantime, this is a band out a little pool, got a rude title out. She got a few bands of root tiles this week. These are called a fish, called bastard. It's off their album. One beat behind this is the chains that bear me. They're from Liverpool in the UK. They're not bad, considering the name the chains. That band me. Or was I the noise of my love life? Isn't that time I take...

...again? Not Enough Coffee, too much, I say. Was for the job for just a little paid you last drink. It was always love to people. On the whole. Thought you was stuck looking for away to get remain. I could have done it easy, but I'm thinking back away. Special couldn't make me sick. Was Right for the job, I thought. I guess the last drink special. Think Ma was right for the job. You're listening to eighty eight point three from are you stuck in the sun rise...

...by your fade away in the instant part with it? For every word that I'll say. Every time I opened my throth, I feel like it could be my last note. It away of the meeting, the days tell me all that happy uniform time out of voice that I cannot an see. Its reminding me. It sago feels when the later me. I happy dread the run. I did my gaping dat you, my wood. That is half past two. They're out of California, Orange County as well. They got shows coming up all of California, not in Melbourne or Australia or anywhere near us, and new music out as well. That one is called the LP song, but they have new stuff available on their website. Please, please, support this GAB and. They are very good. They are planning to come to Australia, I believe. I think they play with Alice Spinia Spina when they were over there earlier last year, so watch out for them. They really good as well. Dual lead singers, female male as well. Really Cool. I love it. Before that the pokers, the new one, the long awaited, the eleven years in waiting single make hey can't wait for new material from the porkers. But that if that's anything to go by. I'm quite excited by it because I love this new track. Make A. reminds me a bit of perfect teeth and all it. So Pete and the boys, they are on the road before long. No Melbourne dates announced yet, but I'm sure they will happen. Fairly shortly and then we heard a fish called bastard. With the chains that bound me anyone. Played a lot of scout punk. Today I've played much traditional stuff, so I better get some out the way anyway. What better band and to that with? And specials, one of my all time favorites. Friday night, Saturday morning,...

...my head by half past ten and dates and friends. That's what I do weekend. But I know where I'm going. I'm going right of trying to drinks the floss get feed themselves a circle are yeah, the specials absolutely brilliant. Love it. Two bits right, get closer than news straight after news. You know the drill. It's a sky show with beefy and in the second hour what we do is we play some covers, some stuff you don't always hear, some things like we've played in the past, Justin Bieber. We've played Britney Spears, we've played anthrax, we've played Megadeth, we've played the verth pipe, we've played oasis, but not by the original guys, by people all that just want to make the music better, to make it sound like it should have been done in the first place. Covers with a scar theme absolutely fan bloody testing, so stay tune. afternows. You're listening to the scar show with me, beefy. Thank you for joining me, wherever you are in the world. Hope you're having a great day and lots of fun. This is the beat Rankin Fall Stop Ba say you're ready...

Go beach is the only sound around. Beach far away in time and go bay time. Fill away in time. I'm not. That's local artists link sea mop with his version of yeah,...

Danzigg's mother of all tunes. That's a really great take on it. Really a bit of a scar reggae a version. They're very slow low. It absolutely fantastic look at for Luke seam up. It's like Seymour but will a pee on the end. Very strange name, but hopefully luke will be doing a lot more. He's definitely from Melbourne's on the triple J on Earth Charts at the minute, so keep in touch with him on you know, facebook, socials, Bank camp all that stuff. You know, the drill kicked it off with the hot nives are out the UK. They were part of the scar explosion late s early s. Their version of Mathter and the muffins. ECHO, beach, you're listening to the scar show with beef. You'R on eighty eight three, sudden them. These are the sounds of the bay side. But every Thursday between two and four, but mainly between three and about twenty past, we have a bit of fun, we play some stuff. You haven't or you wouldn't think you'd ever here on the scar show with beefee. But I find them, I dig them out, I get them going. I'll find some cover versions, but done with a scar back, backing and, you know, just a bit of a general scar theme.

Anyway, these boys are at a Queen's and they are good friends of ours. Here at the sky show, these are the fanatics. They're doing their version of riders in the sky. I don't listen. Eighty eight point three, southern FM. Oh, did you just keep your eyes on me? I said, you're holding back. She's said stands with me. This walling Destin. She said Camudrow, physical Crypt, a night to the base and fading night, wet together, ticket together, back, just keep your eyes on me. I said, you're holding back. She said shut. She said, please, dress and discript tod had seen a dream eating my chest that she loved a yeah, we were glound to be together, to be together. Shout, just keep your eyes on me. I gotta shut you tell, I gotta shut you down. You're not my friend. You try to do yourself. You're not my bread, speaking like a mone put your no body's kicking, pushed my everybody. Now I can't feel a thing for you and with my mind I can't wait to get you out of my life. I gotta shut you down. I'm gonna shut you down. I'm gonna shut you down. If you gotta right thinking I'm just special. But that ain't gonna fly. And you're living out a linn. When a guy called Bobby Amodio got in touch of me this week and said I'm going to bank called whank. Will you play our music? I thought it was a bit of a joke. But there is a band called Whenk. They're at a custom Mesa Californa A and that is a track called shut you down, and Oh my God, they are very, very good band. If you're into kind of you know the clash and social distortion and kind of got that. You know punk, reggae, undertone. They are a great band. Plays, plays, plays, look them up on the interwear, but probably don't do it in work. They are genuinely called whank, but they're music isn't, so to speak, very, very good. I'm going to play a lot more of those guys in the coming weeks because they do fit in with what we try and do. Before that we had the bastil preachers at a night inham in England, Ballad of the M one, one of my favorite bands. I play them a lot outside of this show. They are very, very good. Then a couple of colors holophonics doing shut up and dance, and the fanatics sonar any of those treacks for a while. Ghost riders in the Guy Ba Ya hippa. Anyway, that's enough of my absolute rubbish. This one is for Francis Harrison of the resumetors. This is itch and the King Blues Teachers in the school, the last...

No body likes no money like a boy again, no body like that. Is are is seven, considered by many as a one hit wonder, but, as we know, I'm absolutely massive, massive back catalog. That is nobody likes a Bogan. Before that I played young offenders. That's kind of their latest, kind of full release. Call wasting time, but those two bands are playing at the Corner Hotel on Good Friday. The it is the officially the CORNUP MAG launch. So young offenders are is seven, obviously game over body. Joe A headlining that one, so it should be good. Get your tickets at the Corner Hotel through the usual outlets. I'm guessing probably through the Corner Hotel direct. I don't really know. I'm sure that will be a big night on Good Friday. Anyway, what we got now we're coming up to a bit of a break, but gonna play some proper SCA shooes that you are going to love. This is it. One of the favorites. Lie Close to being close to folks, so you could lap up so high,...
