You should never wait the place it's time to have a bit of a Skank, and I think that I will in fact Skank Sascha. Hey, this is Graham, where the mad caddies, and you're listening to beef on the Scott Show Southern FM's a curious thing. That girl's dream good, make a wrong one ride home at night. Don't need, don't take faith, no credit card this dream. Sometimes that's the bower. That's the power. They keep sad. Next time you see it they keep man. But Baby, when you found that's the power will go round. I don't need, don't take faith, don't need no credit card to write this dreams. Sometimes they say that all is fair, but you know what, when you get and with the little head about, you feel about in the cover section, this is toxic by a bump. Scare out of Edinburgh in Scotland. Baby, can't you see? I'm calling me to I can't come down. It's been around your lips, your too. It's getting late to give...

...you up for my dad's can't come down my it's been around your boys. You'm on all right, yeah, bomb scared there with Britney spears, toxic. Welcome back to the sky show with me, beefy. Thank you for joining me, wherever you are in the world. It's late in Australia but I'm sure I can wake up in the USA and I can keep you awake in the UK and Europe. If you want to say hello, have a look at the facebook page the scar show with beefy. Thanks for being in touch. We but I believe that we recently the podcast was removed from spotify. Spotify changed their policies on music shows being on their platform. So where we got removed from there. So if you do want to hear replays of the show, then check out Whoshka or Pod Bean. I put up a load of links today for the where the PODCAST available. I do split my up in do to one hour segments. So if you do want a bit more of beefy, then you can get all the old shows. I think we're up to a hundred and forty episodes on the PODCAST, so we're that's a lot of backcatalog there for you to get through and is loads and new releases and everything else, and is loads of rare stuff that I play and loads and live stuff as well. If you want to request, want to say hello, please do. I am more than happy to chuck some out. But, more importantly, if you're in a band, please send me music, because I will play it. I do listen to every single track that gets sent through. If you send me an album, I listen to everyone. I'll pick the favorite and I'll play it on the endless. It's a single, then obviously I'll play the single, cause I will. But there's are quite a few bands tonight that I've done that with. HAMMON's is one. The scullions is another. Just say nay and then half past two they send me the music. So we're yeah, if you're in a band, you want to get your music on the Airways and out to the world, please send it to me. There's another band that have done just that in recent months. This is a band called Joker's republic. They're out of North New Jersey. A big hello to Austin Grayo knows a massive fan of the show. This was released a thinking January. It is a no EFFEX cover because we are in the middle of the world famous cover section, nor EFFEX separation of church and Skate. This is North New Jersey's Joker's republic. What's in a sea of time? What's The pancers? Wait, why don't...

...we put that kids? Tell me take care about the only save my country. I know it wasn't my trusted put up like a sty for me, dripping US apart. Sad. I want to see the represent well to take me this feeling. The bad things are coming my way and the sun shadows for me, telling me not to get in my way. What a rainy days are dying that keep keep tying, no, they don't go. Hold on to break and keep me wo to get. All feels like go. Should be screaming trying to get some time. It feels a lot is no meaning, but I know things will right in the end. What a rainy days are dying to keep fucking for trying. These are buds are flying. Never liked. That's not to breaking a people, I know it's not, but it's all the way from Hemel hempstead in Hertfordshire in the UK. Code...

Name Colin. That was five's keep on moving. I love that version. But a Tony buzzle thrown in for good effect there as well. Before that, jokers Republican enough New Jersey, separation of church and Skate by no effects. And what else we are? We had Britney Spears and we had humy Lewis. What more can you want? Now every time I jump on twitter we are on twitter beefy scar show. I think we're under on facebook as well, scar show with beefy, and we're not on instagram. We don't bother way that. I see this band, this band pro pop up there from lancing in Michigan, and when mustard plug were here the other week they had big wraps on this band. This is brand new single. Last couple of weeks they got an album at called climbing out. There a better scar corps but a heavier stuff. But we do play all forms of scar from dance hall all the way through to fourth wave. This is gray matter. There at a lancing in Michigan is big wraps on this band, a dab we album's called climbing out. This is the latest single. It's called not my friend's AP my friends friends. Well, they just say sometimes you like you do kind of things. This is what you so if I see you take it as I want to back just sit that. I say to you, tell me best, not that I expect Nice. Don't show respect that. I say that shoes day, say Yo, that Shuesday, say Yo, that Tuesday say Yo. That shoes day, say Yo. That shoes...

...day, say Yo. That Tuesday say Yo. That shoes day, say Yo. Next Tuesday. Sometimes you just signal there is one. There is one face next tu are your fingers crying for keeping. I'm cross. Stroll in your breath. Come back. This is Monday job. It's on the tip of my tongue. Kiss Ou aneath your feet dreams. This is jobs of one of my absolute favorite bands kicking around England right now. That is about a a lester called last edition. Big Load of Mattie Williamson and the...

...guys and girls just brilliant. Love it. That was put out what six, eight weeks ago. It's called good luck. Also at the privilege of being a very first video premiere on the Scott Show. would be fees facebook page, because every day, or a midday Melbourne time, we put out a new release video from the past part, say, four weeks I suppose, and it's proved to be very, very popular. Brands up a few people's days, especially in these times of trouble. Before that, that is a brand new release from a band had a leads in England called plot thirty two. I think that was released today or yesterday. You can't get much newer than that. Can you see you next Tuesday? That plot thirty two song. Right, we're off to Switzerland. We're going to do a Switzerland double play, both new releases, which is always great to know, and then we'll probably jump on the second part of that Mad Keddy's interview. So this is a band there out of Basle in Switzerland. They called Kalles Cavia. Hope I pronounced that correctly. This is also only, I think, about a week old. It's called see the river flow, of put more traditional twotone style, perhaps even before that. Actually, these guys look pretty cool. This is the first time I've heard them. I've got made aware of them only in the last couple of days. Kells caviare with K's Kable. L Es Caviare with a K, not with a see, and this is called see the river flow, brand new out of Switzerland. When she's looking back, be object in a rhythm. They all turning black, no details that I feel like heavy loads. What is right? What rhyming? Home, my country road. She feels this dishes baby floor. Now it's time to let go. Make your way, to let it stole me. Lights of flying fall around the room this night. The chances. They are dying to make each other feel. Is this the end of the beginning? And in design one feels like whennen befall the time the night is he now the moon is shining bright. I road to disappear. His shadow went with the fading life in Hers Diving. So dust sloaded in the floor. Now it's tight Lee floor. Make your way to let it go and see, lay lazy, Lay Lazy, concer, when I will go to your day.

Outside it's rainmost like this. Instead, lay lazy Lay lady dies. I got ne La Lay Law to everyone. The best things in life are free stars along to everyone. bigly live for you and for me in spring, but some means that Chi love can come to everyone. The lessons in life are free everyone. The best sings a life starts to everyone. For you, ever, to everyone, e. The best things a life everyone.

You. For me, we're talking about your live shows. You're still one of the funniest and most energetic bands around on stage and you do deliver memorable shows. You do you put pressure on yourselves to make sure the shows are always lively. I wouldn't say pressure about what we strive to yeah, I mean, I think just by the nature of the music that we play. You know, we make sure of the setlist is try to make it sure that has a good case and and then it has a good flow, and that's definitely one of the things that we try to do the most is just make sure that our live show is great, that we're playing well and that the audience is having fun and UN good. We realize live show is important and that's a lot of the reason why people like our band. It's because of we're a good party. You definitely are a good party, and I mean the great thing about sky itself, and your bend basically epitomizes this, is that you can be so diverse within the genre and you can use so many different influences to produce, you know, ongoing great music. Yeah, that's only now. We had mustard plugged here last week and that was a great time. I spend a bit of time with Dave Kersh guessner and he's feeling the same way as I do. Right at the minute. This scar scene across the board is it's just ready to explode. Do you guys feel the same way? I know you don't pigeon yourselves really as a scar band, but more of a fusion of influences, but you think that this is just about to explode again like it did late nights? I mean I think it could. You know, there's, you know, here in the states the like southern California, reggae seen a certainly be big and I think, you know, Scott Falls into that. And you know, obviously the interrupters are doing really well. There's some buzz around the genre. Sure I can see that. I don't know if it could get quite as big as it was and then Yate, but there certainly are some great bands up there. You know, the skin's kind of falling in between. They do reggae and they're obviously a great band. interrupters, as Dan said, they're a great band. So it's definitely it's a good time. I don't know if it's going to be that big but you know, regardless, is a good time for it. Yeah, it's always good when there's a when there's a band in the chats. I mean obviously in a late nineties the busstones were just dominant and then the interrupts recently. It's always good when they're on TV and they're in the chats and on radio and all of a sudden that just creates a buzz. Talking about the interrupts and new bands, especially in southern California. Is there anyones we need to keep our eye on them? Might just make that nick step. Yeah, there's couple bands. Is it that that stoff that they're they're from San Antonio. They's called hanging out of protests and they do like Nartangnia, Mexican music, but punk rock. They're really cool. And there's some bands or orange county, like band called Bite me and Bandy. They're doing good right now. But yeah, there's definitely definitely downs up. They're doing for sure. Just southern California. I mean I'd play. There's a band called whank that that always makes us laugh, but they play some great, great music. Scrapt Yard Ace's obviously half past two got some new music coming out as well. It's just it seems to be like and the weird thing is these bands are quite young as well. So it's the young and vibrant and they've gotten new ideas. Australian Band, you think? Now there's southern California. They're many Orange County, basically. Okay, I mean Orange County is always, you know, been a pretty hot bed for that's happened music. That makes sense and also too of them. We T have a lot in Europe and there's as quite a bit of bands over there that are doing really well now that you have a sky kind of base. But do other genres all over and stain Germany. Yeah, there's a great man out of the UK called Buster Shuffle. They just kind of a Scott like Jerry Lee Lewis. I A vibe. They're they're great, like madness needs Jerry Lee. Look. Yeah, really, really cool. I don't know if you're familiar with the there's an old London bank called Chez and Dave who did a lot piano and a lot of old school kind of I was going to call it skiffle, but yeah, buster shuffle. I always said if if Chasen Dave ever did scar that would be the band. But I love them. There a lot of fun. Yeah, yeah, now in between records. I mean you've done what six seven albums now over the time, have you ever felt a need to not going to say reinvent yourself, because obviously you're saying just naturally evolves and it's because it's a little bit of time between records and different influences have on what you put out. But easy to case a natural evolution. Or do you guys just showing the melting pot whatever you can and whatever gets spot out? That's what happens. I think it's a miss a bolt. We try, we try not to limit ourselves, but at the same time we don't want to let our fans down. You know, I we definitely have some albums that we've kind of straightaway in certain songs a lot more, and I can just speak for myself.

Currently some of the new music is a kind of like a beef up version of that can cover, but then next with some new and fluence this, you know. But like the overall theme of just kind of having beat, Fun Party music is still there, you know, whether it be Scot or Nora and jazz, reggae, whatever it is. You know, most definitely, most definitely now, I've already mentioned, is a bit of a hectic tour and it's a longest tour for you this year. They're a little bit older and not spending all night in pubs drinking anymore. Well, you probably are, but you're going to get a bit of a chance to have a look around and do the touristy things. Well, we were just talking about that before you called. We're not certain, you know, with all the travel, we're not totally certain where our days off are going to be. But generally when we're down in Australian we have a day off, we try to ride bikes around, go to the Beach, go surfing, barbecue, you know, enjoy the natural beauty. So these days, as were older, we certainly are still in the pubs, by the way, but you know, you know we like to be outside, you know, go to the beach, ride bike, like I said, barbecue. That's what I think we'll try to do on our limited days off that we have now. I think I read somewhere that you really trying to explore food as well when you're on tour and trying to get out and eat local and see what you can, see what gems you can on earth. Yeah, absolutely, I thought soft and I do for sure. Is that the same with bees as well? Is because there's so many new craft beer is around each local area? Is that they set up your street? Definitely. Where are you at? Are you in your in Melbourne? Melbourne? Yeah, so what's what's up and coming? We haven't been in years and yeah, we love craft beer and good food. So where should we not miss? Where should you not miss? Well, is so many local craft brewer, especially ranked Tien, but we had dn P came out last year. He actually played one of the Craft Breweries called Danton Brew Ur. He's it's a little bit out of town, but there was a hell of a show down there and it's really interesting in those breweries to play in front of the big VATS. Yeah, right out acoustics, usually in those steainless rooms. But make it work. Most definitely. Well, the talk kicks off on April of the seventeen at the world famous Corner Hotel, then Adelaide Perth camera and then you go all the way through new so f well's up to the sunshine coast on May the third. is going to be a very, very hectic the best thing about this, Tories, you're playing some really, really intimate venues as well, a lot of venues that acts of your statue wouldn't ever go near. So that's going to be absolutely fantastic to get into those small venues. Yeah, great, we're excited. Please get your tickets now from you usual ticket outlets. It's going to be an absolute correcker. rator. It's been seven years since these guys have been in Australia. Hopefully it won't be seven years again after this. That'll be thirty two years in the industry for you. You're going to get that far. It's this point. It looks like it. I think it's crossed well. Sasha Graham, thank you for spending a little bit of time with me and we look forward to seeing you in Australia. Look forward to catching up with you when you're in Melbourne. Is going to be absolutely exciting to get you guys involved and it's been a long, long seven years. We wish you all the best and safe troubles and make sure you get Danny it safe and sound. That is the aforementioned buster shuffle out of London. That was off.

I'll take what I want in two thousand and seventeen album it is called. I don't trust two word you say. That was their first single off that album and, like I said, big thanks to the mad CADDI's, Sasha and Graham, who were big fans of buster shovel. Played a few times with those guys over in Europe. So big ups to them and fingers crossed we can get this mess saw it out and well, if we can get him in the country by April third we should be okay, but who knows? Fingers crossed. I've got a backtrack a little bit. Weird double play from Switzerland, didn't we JA JA from Sernak up in the old northeast of Switzer and German speaking area, Lazy Sunday. That is off there. They got a new album coming at and I've forgotten what it's called. Love Rocket. Sorry, needed to look that up. And before that, Kells Cavia. See The river flow and we're flying through and it's not long to go. So when on my play the other band that the MED keddies just mentioned there. They've got a new single. There was out last week. Bite me, bamby. They're out of Orange County California. Like the guy said. This is a new single called hot lava. Something I need to say that I just don't know. I am feeling down and you always crack me up. With the best team around, the one to take a chance to the floor, baby, we're burning hot LOVA. Please don't shut that door. Why? Music is your food. Rough ready and rude bit of an EP, but he's just about a drop another EP. The world is a DJ I think that comes out two days time or tomorrow. So please get hold of King Hammond's the world is a DJEP. Before King Hammond we had the new one from bite me Bambi out of Orange Caney, California, hot lover. It's a great tune. Put the video up on our facebook page and that is a great response. So we're very, very cool. Right. It's the end of another show. Unfortunately, I can't say too much really. There's not too many live shows. But all I can say is please, please play if you can. Please support all these bands, most of them diy. I know there's a lot of shows going to be online, through Youtube, through twitter, through social media. Please support them by some merch chuck them some dollars by their music. That's one way of doing it, especially electronically. Do whatever we can. If there is a live show in your area and it's safe to go out, please get along and support live music. Live music will not go away. It will still be there. I know there are a few small yigs going on. I did see something about a band that are playing in a venue. They reduce the capacity. They're going to play two shows in the same night and kind of shuffle one audience out, come back on and with a new audience in. So we're there. Are I'm not going to say ways around it because that is absolutely stupid. But please be safe. Please wash your hands, which is the most important thing in all of this coronavirus pandemic, as we're going to call it right now. But they've just be sensible about it. That's all you can do. Don't panic by please don't buy everything in a supermarket, because other people do need food and bog roll. In the meantime, I who will be back next week load new music, let's hope, and there's just all sorts of great stuff coming on. I will have news you on future tours, especially the mad keddi's fingers crossed that will keep going. But yeah, I'm not too confident, unfortunately. But all I can say is please be kind to one...

...another, big it to one another and look on the bright side, keep smiling and let's get through this together. In the meantime, there's a sky show going on. I have to end with a bit of real big fish. This is off their album. It wasn't even last year's a year before it actually came out, but this was one of the singles off it. It's gold sky show. It's off. Live sucks. Let's dance. Couldn't be more honest than that. Life Sucks right now, but let's dance. Real big fish. I've been beefy. This has been the sky show. Would beefy. Give us a lick on facebook and say hi and I'll be back next week. Hey, everybody, let's go downtown to the sky show. There's a sky show. Let's go. Let's go.
