...days. That was my mistake. That was mamaself one, one that came to all those happy yesterdays. That was my mist like that was not mistake, to see if I begin my stake to see if I can raise a laugh. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, where ever you are on the planet, it's Thursday and that can only mean one thing. Yes, it's the second scar pot of the week. It is the scar show with beefy and I do thank you for spending just a little bit of time with me to hear the best scat tuns from all four corners of the globe, and this show is going to be no different. I have got stuff from absolutely everywhere. Regular listeners will know, Thursday show does always start with the world famous cover section, and what a couple of beauties to kick off the show out of Verona in Italy. That is lost fastidious. They were covering and paint tribute to the late great millie small. That is oh Henry. That's an absolute new only just came out last week and big ups lost fastidious, because next year they will be celebrating thirty years as a band. Brilliant. Love my Italian scar there is a such a great scene over there at the minute. And then following up, the managers out of Auckland, New Zealand. They broke up a few years ago. They celebrate twenty five years together but decided to go their own ways and they've cropped up in different bands across New Zealand. Obviously the ace tones are quite a few guys from the managers in that band. They were doing the split ends classic. My mistake. I think that's that bay to days and three, but I could well be wrong. I got to thank everyone that sent me a message and said hello and make sure I was doing okay. I hope you are doing the same, however, and is staying indoors as best they can and stay in safe. We will get through at this thing together, but we will do so listening to scar two thousand and twenty. It is the gospel of scar and I am bringing it to you live from Melbourne. Well, mostly you getting this on podcast because, as you may know, I'm not in the studio for another couple of weeks. We have got word that I will be back doing the live show June six, I think, is the day. I have enjoyed doing this from home and it's being a good learning curve and we've had a few tweaks to the show, which has been fun.

So we're thanks for sticking with us and I do always apologize for some lax quality here and there when I do the home version of the show. Right, let's get on with the covers. You don't want to hear me Chadding we're going to go to her born in Germany. If you know your German geography, that's probably halfway between Cologne and Frankfurt. The band a cause chameleon. This came out a couple of weeks ago. It is their cover of the cow Douglas Classic. Everybody was going through fight de Hull. It's Schameleon. Everybody was kind foo fighting those too. Fastest lighting was a little biting, with exper timing. From fucking Shin of town. They were chopping man up, there were shopping man down. It's a natural, shiny shot and everybody knew their parts, from a painted to a slip and a kick in front. Everybody was caught through fighting those kids too. Fastest lighting was a little bit exper timing. They MP and Little Sammy Hump. He said here comes a big boss, let's get it all. We took them all and made a stand. Started swaying with the hands, sided motion. Make me skip now we're rich. A really drink. Everybody was kind for fighting. Those kicks were. Fastest lighting, a little exper timing. Everybody was expert timing. was coming no skates. Fastest light a little bit with expert timing.

She said, guys, don't know. What do you want to man? She's gotta girl. A girl, she said. Guys, she said that is a quarantine edition of the real big fish classic. She's got a girlfriend now. That is a classy rex out of Toronto in Canada. Another new e that is just a week old. Good stuff. I love the classy expert. They have got a bit of help in there and they have come up with an absolute belter before that. Schameleon AD herborn in Germany. Cattle Douglasses, Kung Fu fighting. The second sky show of the week is always a little bit different. Features a bit more punk rock, bit more third wave stuff. It's whatever takes my fancy. So we're got to go back to my home country. This is a band out of Aberice with in Wales. They're called reckless breakfast. This is from to thousand and seventeen. It is tiger woods, his favorite. It's a swingers party. I want...

...to get backing for stratch. I would hurt on them up and down my back. I'm feeling so high. I gotta feeling I ever did sing about to try to put away from my ice is the dark. Feeling so high I gotta do up at a Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. That checks about a year...

...old. It's from cap bite. Its scratch me up like that one very, very different. I think we actually had the world premiere of scratch me up last year. Let's to check my notes and see if that's the case. Bigelow to all the members of cat bite. Hope you're all staying safe and doing well. Right, let's take a trip over to Japan. This is the all girl all scar band. They are absolutely awesome. They've got a bit quite the last couple of years. I think a few of the members of left to have families and things like that and do their own side projects. So hopefully we'll get some new stuff out of all scar band down the track. But in the meantime let's hear going away. It's off their album. What a wonderful world volume one. I think there is a volume two as well. From two thousand and eight this is called going away. Seem he need hold it down the coast night set the pieces to make it...

...a right. I can't find the bility. We y'all stop believe it. Trouble Times said this night. To know. I also hard to find. We y'all talking metals don't stand up all these demons. Keep up your distance, because falls away. Now out, don't? We don't. All your plans are right, all achievements and flushing lights in the charge you played before will save you slow down. All these old tic issues will passing time. I put it down. What is its leave us this time. We don't set up these games. Up Your distance because what it falls away. Don't. We don't, don't. I'm stronger. I like the Ras. Don't...

...act, don't compelling. All that is a belter. That is the boys from London, the JB conspiracy. That is the flip side to their single from last week, guiding lights. That is called falling down. That just dropped yesterday. Great tune. Love the video and that's going to be up on the facebook page very, very shortly. If you haven't checked out the scar show, would be facebook page, please do. I put up new release videos every day. There's something new, something fun, something different there to keep you amused. On the facebook page to there is all the playlist. Just check out the notes section on the left hand side the page. You will find everything there. There are replays of every show and if you're in a band that features on the show. Please, please, please, share the show because we're spreading the gospel of scar everywhere we know how, and please share the love. Get people to like the scar show. would be for it is the second best scar show on the planet, apparently. I don't know why. I just love playing good music, Fun Music, New Music, just the best tunes I possibly can. So please share the love. Say hello to me as well. Send me a message. But if you're in a band and I haven't played your please, please, please, send me your music. Next week we do have the Australian premiere of a new e from half past to it. There is also a new e coming up next week from scrap yard ass, also out of Orange Candy California, so that's going to be fun next week. But, like I said, if you're in a band I haven't played your please get in touch send me your message. Say beefy, you haven't played our music. Please do so. Here's our new single. Or just put me in the direction to where I can get it and I will get on the air. If you just a lover of scam, I haven't played your favorite song for a long time. Please send me a message, make a request and I give you a shout out on a before that new e from JB conspiracy, we heard the all girl scout punkers at a Saci in Japan, the or scar band, and that was going away. Right. Let's hear something a little bit different now. This is a band of not played before, but they are tearing it up in the UK. By all accounts. They are from Birmingham. More a reggae band, I guess, but they are called Kyoko. This is their brand new single. is called sing like A. Nobody gonna single song like I. Ain't nobody gonna meet you feel so wrong. Love us for a long time. No one. Never do. Conquer your fears and do it at something. You know what is on my mind. Challenge.

Nothing's so NA. Finally comes the right time. Moment, never long time. Just you and did share is good. Might be king. Just want to do this right. Speak the words. I challenge. Nothing's gonna Challenges. Nothing's gonna make you feel so safe. Promised to love. I. Nobody gonna Sing Song. Ain't nobody gonna make you feel so NA. Buy me a drink and let me tell you why I need I lit her cigarette. We sat down and we talked about the things and we regret. She said, when I'm gone, just grow my body in the slam. Confuse that. You confuse me if I seem lost, and please don't lose me. Just hold me someone that. It's not like count down the days. But if you ask me to tell you how many there were, you know if it down drinks, taking drink inside. So we walked down by...

...the water as the sun was shining. Don't worrybout, you know the only way will make it out of this down to gether. I did so taking us, I want to walk last the gray out for some face. We watch the boats. COMP wanted to do when we grew up and we had nothing. But I do it all again. Tell you why I need little cigaret. And we sat down and we talked about the things and we great, she said. And when I'm gone, just throw up buddy in the sea. What a great tune that is out of Amsterdam in Holland, Ja the cat brilliant. I know after talk to Francis from the resons the jail. The cat boys are very, very keen to get to Australian do a bit of a tour. Obviously that's not going to happen for a while, but that tune is called Huddersfield rain. Yeah, apparently the rain in Huddersfield is very, very different. That is off there. Two thousand and seventeen. A good day for the damned album. What a tune is. I love it, absolutely love it. We play here come the drums and a few other tracks from jail the cat. They are great. I can't wait to see him in Australia if they can get here before Ja the cat. We heard Kyoko and a Birmingham in England. That was released a week ago. It's called sing like guy. I do like that very good. Remind me a bit of you, be forty, but I'm not surprised. They're from the same area right. Another one of our favorite bands here on the scar show would be fee. They are at a London. They're called the Kubricks. biggeloaded Dave, who normally sends me the music and sends me everything. So this is their brand new single, only got released yesterday. Is called Martin and is MSS. That is a great British title, that Martin and is missrs. It's a great Tuneo I. Martin and busy. They...

...were running at kisses sudden moving out of mother see keeping as a busy white thinking out, a Lizzie lot the people sorrer in on TV. I don't know. I know and I belaves that any wanted to say. We know, we know you're not. I owe that you wa no, no, why? She doesn't seem very glad now. Yeah, she needs some Mama and dad ice so lazy she can't get out of bed. She's waiting for my way back when, because he got her into trouble. Now he's prying up Bible and he's waiting for the charities are for. And I know what I know. I believes that any wanted to stay here. We know, we know you. We know. I owe the want. Lady. No, no way, drive a man and like a side. She's white out. There was a little boy in a country he was told was not his home. He tried very hard to fit him, but he was always a long and one day he saw the other children go down to told to get lost, scound home. So as farther told what? No, I don't want to leave the playground when I'm done. Enough wrong. I don't try to dull me that I don't belong when I'm done and children they laughed at...

...him and they mocked at him and they stole his football. He felt so shame at that he ran we when is father come home from work, you say what is wrong with you? Stand up straight and remember what I told you. Bore. No, I don't want to leave the play ground. When I've done, I don't try to tell me that I don't belong when I'm done. And don't you think that I don't add a bomb bay in India. How goods that? Very different. I'm not really into the old scar jazz stuff, but that's quite listenable, very very good, very different from the sky show would be fee normally on a Thursday I play a lot of scarp punk and third wave and good old fashioned punk rock shoose, but scar jazz could be in new leaf of be for you in quarantine. Who knows that is called? I don't want to leave the playground. That was off their album from last year. So that's a very different quarantine version for them. Sounds a bit like Harry Konnick Junior, doesn't he? I think, the oddly singer there before the thank you loo's out of India. We heard the Kubricks from London. There brand new single only got released yesterday, Martin and is misss. I like it's very, very catchy. That's another video that will be on the facebook page very, very soon. Right. I haven't played any Australian bands on today's show. So why don't we play one of my favorites? Good friend of mine friends is Harrison. We talked about him earlier. Perhaps bringing jail the kept out for scar nation next year. If we can get scar nation on, I'm going to play one of my favorite tunes of these. It's called off bea feeling. It's from two thousand and six. They should be in Canada right now on tour, but...

...guess what, they're all at home in Victoria. These guys are the resignators and side J U N Gun music. Get my tape, take pup it up aloud to the people on the street. And here I'm stay back to the town, going down the creek, down music in the bottom job. What's the not too dark now. It's hest and feeling on riding without a busy scotch bunt on this day. Nights it's a sky night. It's a reggae night at the Yato bottom. Love and poem to the show was next...

...to my bold through the year and we get together, we sit forward, ever backwards, the party throwing in the town strike his boss. It's a sky night, it's a Regga night. It's age, it's a reggae night, it's a it's a reggae night. That's another brand new single. That's the players band out of Baltimore in Maryland. That's a follow up. We played the cover of the Rolling Stones Loving Cup last week or the week before, which is absolutely great, but that is a brand new singles called the players anthem. They have a fourth coming album out very very shortly, June. The first I think I saw it is called SCIMRGA's board, but that's a great tune. If their last two releases are anything to go by, SCAMRGA'S BOARD IS gonna be absolute ablutely awesome. Can't wait to get my hands on it. Before the players band, we did hear the resignators from all over Victoria and Australia, not Victorian Canada, where they should be right now. That is offbeat feeling. Jump on the facebook page because Steve and stacy from the band have been doing their own kind of extreme covers of a few oldies recently and it's always good fun, very, very different to see Steve and stacy together doing their own thing. Unbelievably, we have rapidly come to the end of yet another scar show with beefy. I can't believe we're pounding through. The hour just goes so bloody quick and with such great music. It is not surprising, as I mentioned before, please jump on the scar show with beefy facebook page. We are nearing the magical one thousand likes. There is a lot more followers than that, but in my vanity I just want to hit that thousand likes. Matt, that would be as if you could, like I said, share the love, spread the word, spread the gospel of scar. It is two thousand and twenty. Scar is coming back in a big fashion. Doesn't matter whether it is well, it won't be any first wave stuff, but to tone second wave and third wave and yeah, possibly even a fourth wave coming. So we are all excited about that. If you're in a band, please get in touch. Sendi and music. I will gladly play it. I do listen to every tune that gets sent to me. If you send me an album, I will listen to the whole Lut. I'll pick the favorite and put on the air, unless you got a single, and I'll obviously I will play the single. It's the least I can do, especially with everyone in quarantine. Looking for new music, new bands, new ideas and new concepts, and scart is...

...the perfect vehicle to get it out there. I do hope everyone is staying safe and staying clean and staying healthy as best they can. Please, please, please, do listen to your government's advice. I know some of our governments are a bit wayward way would can I say that, yes, they're a bit wayward in their thinking, but they are doing it for all the right reasons. We have to stop this pandemic spreading and we're doing the best they possibly can. The advice they give is for the right reasons. Big Shout out to all our frontline workers and key employees. I'm still going well, I'm still doing okay and I'm still listening to your show. I really do appreciate all the messages. It really does make me feel better.
